T486 on eBay

I have zero affiliation with the seller, but with less than 24 hours to go, this one could go for quite a nice price (assuming of course the price stays low):

  My T386
Posted by: Blair - Forum: Eastman Electric and Archtop Guitars - Replies (5)

My 2012, T386...came to me battle scarred and without pick guard.  Traded evenly a classic player jazzmaster for a classic player 60's strat then traded that for the Eastman.

Set up perfect with 11's and sound wonderful unplugged.  Still trying to dial in my electrified sound.  Currently playing through a handwired head based on a vox ac15 circuit.

I love the neck on this thing.

Roundneck / Bottleneck.... no lap style for me.

Currently have a GoldTone PBR solid mahog, spider bridge.

This was my former GoldTone GRS all metal, biscuit bridge:

  Some GR8 deals on 386 and 486's
Posted by: gnappi - Forum: Eastman Electric and Archtop Guitars - Replies (2)

I "almost" wish I didn't already have a T486 :-) Figured maple and delicately applied sunbursts seem to be gone at Eastman, get em while you can. I do not have an affiliation with the listing folks.

Here's an unusual T-486 burst with beautifully figured maple on Ebay:

The same git on Reverb:

And yet another uncharacteristically nice 386 burst:

I enjoyed this... Eastman sounds great. So does the gibby... consider the cost difference however.

  E20-00-ss?? Anyone played one?
Posted by: backdoc - Forum: Eastman Acoustic Guitars - Replies (18)

Just saw these and watched a few videos and they sound amazing! I wish it had a 13/4" nut width, but other than that, I am in love. Has anyone here played one of these? What did you think?

I've been on the prowl for a E20OM TC, but this has stolen my attention for the moment.

I would appreciate any experiences you might share.

Hello guys.  This is Taylor Mullins with Holter Pickguards and I make custom pickguards and post online and on various forums.  I have an E40D guard here for sale for $55 shipped in the CONUS.  All guards come beveled, polished, with 3M adhesive so all you have to do is peel and stick.  If you need to place a custom order, please email me at holterpickguards@gmail.com and I will be happy to get you taken care of.  Thanks for looking.

822 fanned fret with custom pickguard.

I have been searching for the perfect pickguard for my baby......think I found the perfect one. Beveled and polished the edges....feels just right. For alternate tunings this guitar is amazing. Played a Taylor 900 series grand auditorium, and hands down, the Eastman wins in tone, sustain, and playability. In open d or g tuning, each position with the capo yields a whole new sound palate. Love this guitar.
