Has anyone had the opportunity to play the newest travel guitar, PCH2 TG? The price is tempting but I cannot find info on what it sounds like.

[Image: o2V6cIS.jpg][Image: dDjt8Fq.jpg]While on vacation in Florida I found this 2010 T185MX at a Guitar Center in Orlando. All original with the Kent Armstrong pickups, original hard case and COA. Although the Armstrong pickups aren't highly regarded I doubt that I'll replace them since I don't gig anymore. It plays great and of course looks fantastic.

  NGD Eastman AC522CE "WOW"!!
Posted by: roycarver2706 - Forum: Eastman Acoustic Guitars - Replies (20)

Received my new AC522CE today from Sun Valley Guitars.  There is something so inspiring when you have such a finely crafted guitar in your hands.  I know that many of you have some higher end guitars that have beautiful wood binding aesthetics but this is the first one for me.  It is such an elegant touch on guitars and I especially love the look of the Goldburst with the mahogany trim and rosette and blue purfling.
I instantly upgraded the tuners to Gotoh 510s (SGV510Z-L5) in X-Gold. They just dropped right in, easy peasy! I mostly did the upgrade for the aesthetic look and I'm definitely thrilled with the look but also get a slightly better tuning ratio (1:21).  They also feel great in my hands when tuning.

  E1 OO SS question
Posted by: Shadow - Forum: Eastman Acoustic Guitars - Replies (12)

I'm pondering on the E1 OOSS but wary of the 1 11/16 nut, generally finding that 1.75 suits my fingerstyle. Does anyone who owns one have a view on whether the neck profile or nut strings spacing do anything to mitigate the nut width? It might be a dumb idea but I wondered if a chunkier neck might take away from the narrow feel of the nut.

  Great Deal AC322CE ****SOLD****
Posted by: roycarver2706 - Forum: For Sale / Trade and Online Deals - No Replies

Hey guys,
Got a great deal on the AC322CE below in the pics.  Bought it from Guitar Center for $549 plus tax $626 (a real steal!!)
Willing to sell to someone on the forum for my cost plus actual shipping or local pickup in southeast TN, plus $100 for my trouble to pack and ship.  I have the option to return to GC up until the end of the month but thought I would throw it on here to see if it could be a deal for someone.  Reason I'm selling is that I am taking delivery today for an Eastman AC522CE that I purchased from Sun Valley Guitars.
Guitar is mint and and you can see by the certificate that it is from last year.

Truss rod very stiff and noisy, both sides of the turn.
Posted by: Gustavo Eiriz - Forum: Eastman Acoustic Guitars - Replies (1)

Hi Everyone, my E40om-tc has a double action truss rod, but it is very hard and moves in discrete turns, and is very noisy when it moves, it works perfect but i am worried about that. What is happening?
Thanks
Everyone.
