Can anyone point to sources for a Cuban Tres guitar other than the one's below?

I'm aware of the Pacho Elite but the reviews are poor.

I'm also aware of the Cuban and Puerto Rican Tres guitars available from Lord of the Strings out of Beacon, NY.  Their work is nice but $1500+ is a bit more than I'd like to spend. ​https://reverb.com/item/36020200-tres-tony-velez-2018-natural

Not adverse to doing a conversion but I'd prefer to buy new and appreciate any leads or tips.

I want to record myself for learning purposes and have used the camera on my iPhone but it doesn't give the best results sound wise (either that or I really stink).  Any suggestions for a inexpensive mic or app to use for recording?

I've heard good things about Sun Valley Guitars. Plus I try to avoid long distance shipping as much as possible. 

But, that top. I don't think that's an artifact of the photo. Weird kinda wormy grain on the lower bout. Part of me thinks it's cool looking.

Interesting that Eastman didn't consider it a second.

What do you guys think?

The Eastman parlor guitars are difficult to find so I thought I'd post this.

I have no experience buying from Atlanta based Righteous Guitars and don't know anything about their customer service but they are the real deal in terms of brands, gear and tech. They actually own a PLEK machine.

Anyway, I hope someone buys these so I won't be tempted any longer.

It's from 2006 I think. Tuners hold tune fine, but there's too much slop in the G tuner. Wondering if there are any drop in replacements as an upgrade. I do not wish to drill holes ...

I saw a comment in a forum, could have been this one, that Eastman recently changed the type of finish they're using on guitars they've used nitro cellulose on in the past.  Anyone know if this is the case?

Just noticed that I haven‘t seen a sunburst TC version? Is there really none? Why is that?

Few weeks ago I bought my first ever Eastman E10OM but there was a manufacturer defect. The finish was messed up on the back side. So I contacted the dealer and Eastman sent me a new one! Super cool. But because of supply chain and everything. It took a minute. But anyway here it is! My brand new E10OM that I’m actually keeping!

For sale is an Eastman E10OM with professionally installed LR Baggs Anthem Dual-Source Tru-Mic System ($299 plus installation). This would make a great gigging instrument. It sports a nice bearclaw Adirondack top and some fantastic solid mahogany figuring on the back. Condition is excellent with only small handling marks and a few tiny impressions in the finish that are impossible to photograph. Action is 5/64 on low E and 4/64 on high E. Still loving my three new Eastmans and have noticed something I've never experienced with any other guitar.  It's the lack of tension required in the truss rod to straighten the neck.  In fact I actually have a little reverse tension in the truss rod to create a little relief in the neck of the E20D.  Anyone else finding this to be the case?
